OFFERING MEMORANDUM(s) DATE EXTENSION

Attention all Interested Parties:
Due to delays caused by COVID-19, difficulties obtaining information, and
proponent requests for additional time,
the City of Bell Gardens is extending the deadline for two (2) Offering Memorandums until:
- February 1, 2021 to submit proposals and offers for two (2) Successor Agency sites known as:
- “5600-5636 Shull Street, Bell Gardens, CA,90201, APN 6227-034-900 to 906”, and,
- “7601 Eastern Avenue, Bell Gardens, CA 90201, APN 6227-013-907, 908, 909”
The City trusts that this additional 60-day period provides sufficient time to collect any necessary data and
complete your proposal and offer. Remember to provide all information required on page 4 of the Offer Memorandum.
The required submittal date of November 30, 2020 has been extended to February 1, 2021.
