Cal Home Grant Program

The Cal Home Grant Program is intended to assist first-time home buyers with down payments and owner-occupied property owners with funds to rehabilitate their homes.

The City is now open to receiving applications. The program has income limits based on the County median. A minimum loan amount of $10,000 is required with a maximum of $100,000 for down payment assistance and up to $125,000 for property repairs/rehabilitation.
