The City of Bell Gardens owns one-third of the City’s Water System in the northern part of the City. This system services approximately 2,112 customers. This is currently accomplished through a combination by use of City Water Well #1 and imported water through Metropolitan Water District (MWD).
The City contracts Liberty Utilities to read water meters, prepare customer bills, collect payments and operate the water distribution system.
