•Drive up only (no walk-ins)
•Must be a Bell Gardens resident (ID or bill required)
•Containers must be 32-gallons in size or smaller
•Self service event - bring your own shovels, dolly, and containers
•No plastic bags allowed
•30 gallon limit during first hour (no limit from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, while supplies last)
