The City of Bell Gardens is proud of the men and women who serve our country. As a token of appreciation, we would like to honor them by displaying personalized banners for our veterans. Please complete the City of Bell Gardens Veteran Banner Program application to participate in the program. The application can be submitted via email or in person at the Community Family Service Center at 6662 Loveland St., Bell Gardens, CA 90201. Applications are due by Friday, October 21, 2022.

 

Requirements:

-Must be a veteran of any branch of the U.S. Military Services.

-Veteran must be a Bell Gardens resident and provide proof of Bell Gardens residency.

-Provide a copy of the Veteran’s DD214 Form.

-Provide a 8 x 10 original photo of veteran in uniform or provide a high resolution digital copy of the photo.

 

APPLICATION SUBMISSION:

-Digital applications and photos can be submitted via email at: bgcommunity@bellgardens.org.

-If applying in person, please submit the completed application and all required documentation to:
