City Council Regular Meeting

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETING

Pursuant to Government Code Section 54953, recently amended by AB 361, and given the current health concerns, please be advised that members of the Bell Gardens City Council will participate in meetings telephonically. The public may view the meeting online.  The Council Chamber is closed to the public at this time due to the increase in COVID-19 cases in Los Angeles County.

The City of Bell Gardens will follow the procedures as outlined for Public Participation at City Council Meetings:

1. Live Stream:  Members of the public can access meetings live at

The meeting may also be viewed via FacebookYouTube and Zoom.

2. Email:  Written comments may be sent to PublicComments@bellgardens.org . Please identify if your comments are for AGENDA ITEMS OR NON- AGENDA ITEMS and limit your comments to 3 minutes maximum. To ensure distribution to the members of the City Council prior to consideration of the agenda, please submit comments no later than one (1) hour prior to the meeting. Those comments, as well as any comments received after, will be distributed to the members of the City Council and will be made part of the official public record of the meeting. 

3. Phone:  Live comments may also be made by call-in users by dialing (669) 900-9128, when prompted enter the Webinar ID: 813 3236 4343#, followed by Passcode:*2021#. During public comments Press *9 if you are wishing to speak, when instructed press *6 to unmute. Please identify if your comments are for AGENDA ITEMS OR NON-AGENDA ITEMS and limit your comments to 3 minutes maximum.

4. Zoom:  Members of the public may participate via Zoom by clicking here and entering the Zoom Webinar ID: 813 3236 4343 and  Passcode: 2021.Comments may also be made via the Zoom app by using the "Raise Hand" feature on the Zoom app, when it is your turn to speak the host will unmute you. Comments will not be accepted in the QandA/Chat function of the Zoom app.

5. In Person:  The Council Chamber is closed to the public at this time due to the increase in COVID-19 cases in Los Angeles County.
