HALLOWEEN CARNIVAL
The Recreation & Community Services Department hosts a Halloween Carnival at Bell Gardens Veterans Park on Sunday, October 31, 2021. The event will begin at 4:00 pm, and trick or treaters of all ages will have the opportunity to celebrate safely with their families.
Costume Contest for all ages will take place at 7:00 pm, and we will have a live band from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Carnival-style game booths, a spooky train ride, an arts and crafts station, a special area for children five and under, and several photo stations will allow families to create a memorable keepsake at the event.
