Education Commission Meeting

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION FOR VIRTUAL EDUCATION COMMISSION MEETING

Pursuant to Executive Order N-29-20, please be advised that members of the Bell Gardens Education Commission will participate in meetings telephonically. The public may view the meeting online. The Council Chamber is closed to the public at this time due to the increase in COVID-19 cases in Los Angeles County.

The City of Bell Gardens will follow the procedures as outlined for Public Participation at Education Commission Meetings:

2. Email:  erodriguez@bellgardens.org.  Please identify if you will comment on PUBLIC COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY OR PUBLIC COMMENTS NOT ON THE AGENDA. Emails will be read during the meeting and shall become records of the Education Commission Meeting.  To ensure distribution to the members of the Education Commission prior to consideration of the agenda, please submit comments no later than one (1) hour prior to the meeting.  If you have questions, please contact Estrella Rodriguez, Education Commission Secretary at 562-806-7650. 

3. Phone:  Call the Parks and Recreation Department at (562) 806-7650 no later than one (1) hour prior to the meeting to let staff know that you would like to make a comment during the meeting. You will be asked for your name, phone number, and if you will comment on PUBLIC COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY OR PUBLIC COMMENTS NOT ON THE AGENDA, and staff will call you during the meeting at the appropriate time.
