On Thursday, October 15th at Ford Park (8000 Park Lane, Bell Gardens) from 1 pm to 5 pm, residents can drive up or walk up, complete a Census form and receive an ice cream and spin the wheel for a gift card. Requirement: Must complete a census application onsite.
