• Pfizer Pediatric (5-11 Years Old) Available Every Wednesday from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

• Moderna Booster Available Every Thursday from 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm

The City of Bell Gardens has partnered with Pico Pharmacy to conduct weekly COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics at Bell Gardens Veterans Park - 6662 Loveland Street. The Pfizer 1st, 2nd and Booster clinic will be at Bell Gardens Veterans Park on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. The Pfizer Pediatric (5-11 Years Old) clinic will be on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. The Moderna Booster clinic will be on Thursday, November 11, 2021, from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. Walk ups and appointments using the https://myturn.ca.gov site will be served. Proof of citizenship or insurance is not required. $5 gift cares to 12-17 year old’s receiving 1st dose (while supplies last). Legal guardian must be present with signed consent form.

BOOSTER SHOT AVAILABLE

You are eligible if you:

Received the second of the two-dose Pfizer OR Moderna vaccine series at least 6 months ago and are either

-65 years and older

-Age 18+ who live in long-term care settings

-Age 18+ who have underlying medical conditions

-Age 18+ who work or live in high-risk settings

Received a J&J dose at least 2 months ago & are 18+

Must provide COVID-19 vaccine card.
