The city has partnered with 360 Clinic, a comprehensive network of community-based health care providers, to establish COVID-19 super-site testing center at John Anson Ford Park. These centers are designed for everyone – offering ease of access, rapid results, and humane-centered care.
The cost-free testing may be accessed conveniently by making an appointment through the 360 Clinic website at https://360clinic.fulgentgenetics.com/appointment/screen/landing. Register online, complete a short online health questionnaire, and schedule a drive-thru or walk-up testing appointment at John Anson Ford Park.
For those visiting 360 Clinic’s Bell Gardens location at John Anson Ford Park, the walk-up site will be located at 8000 Park Ln, Bell Gardens, California. Please see below for a schedule for the next two weeks (2/17 - 2/27):
- Wednesday, February 17, 2021: open 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Friday, February 19, 2021: open 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Saturday, February 20, 2021: open 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, February 24, 2021: open 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Upon arrival at the appointment time, patients will be greeted by a 360 Clinic team member who will provide instructions on collecting their samples. Testing is prioritized for people with symptoms of COVID-19 or who have been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19, workers and residents of congregate settings, and other essential workers.
After testing, results are delivered on average within 48 hours to patients directly via a secure, HIPAA compliant system, by your selected communication preference – either text or email. In the case of a positive result, the patient can expect a 360 Clinic provider to follow up within 24 hours following results to address any & all concerns during a personalized Telemedicine Consultation session.
During Visit Patients will need:
Valid ID with Address, Cell Phone (to communicate with 360 Clinic team members during appointment), and an insurance card. There will be no charge without insurance.
