The Planning Commission will hold a virtual workshop during its regular meeting on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The Planning Commission will review current Zoning Code standards that regulate the location and operation of tobacco/smoke shops within the City. As part of the meeting, staff will present information from a recent survey on the regulations and standards from neighboring cities showing how tobacco/smoke shops are permitted as retail businesses within their jurisdictions. The community will be able to communicate their opinions/suggestions/concerns throughout the workshop.
